I’ve always liked insider buying.

There’s just something interesting about seeing a insider take their own money and buy shares in the company they’re running.

They know the business better than almost anyone, so when they start buying, I want to know why.

The problem is there are a ton of insider transactions and most of them aren’t that interesting.

So I built Copy The Insider to find the ones that stand out.

Big purchases. Repeat buys. Multiple insiders buying. CEOs putting real money into their own stock.

Then I look at what’s actually going on with the company and try to figure out why the buy might matter.

That’s really all this site is.

I like insider buying, I like digging into businesses, and I wanted one place where I could find the interesting stuff without digging through a mountain of filings every day.

Hopefully you find it useful too.
